Returns

Welcome to our Returns and Exchanges policy page! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions.

Returns: If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions for returning the item. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange. We will ship your exchanged item as soon as we receive and process your return.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package for assistance. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
